It is the perfect holiday accommodation in Potsdam: close to the center and the tourist attractions, yet quiet. The house offers plenty of space and is exclusively equipped. And the historic vault has so far astonished every guest!
A huge fireplace in the cozy living room with historic cross vault, 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower & toilet and a guest toilet are spread over 3 floors and over 100sqm.
The sun terrace is my 2nd Living room: Cozy outside eating or relaxing in the lounge area with a glass of wine – so I like to enjoy the work.

For exclusive use including everything needed for cooking and eating. Exclusively for my guests: coffee, tea, filter bags, a large selection of spices, oil, flour and much more. are ready!
Exclusively for my guests: The fridge is filled with a variety of drinks (depending on season and availability).
It is a classic filter coffee machine for the best coffee enjoyment available. For connoisseurs of other specialty coffees, there is also a milk frother from Nespresso ready!

For the history enthusiasts:
The ensemble, in which the loft is located, was built around 1880 as barracks of the 1st. Guards Uhlans Regiment built and is a listed building. In the courtyard of the huge area cavalry horses were housed in lavishly built stables in times of Kaiser Wilhelm II. These have been carefully restored and are now used as lofts with terrace and garden.
The house has two parking spaces that can be shared.
Smoking on the terrace or in the garden is okay. Please do not smoke in the house.
Location and environment:
The castle and Sanssouci Park are just a 5-minute walk away. It takes only 5 minutes on foot or by car to reach Potsdam’s historic Old Town. I would recommend the walk, and just leave the car on the pitch that belongs to the apartment.
A daily open bakery is just around the corner. Supermarkets are also available nearby.
Leisure:
Anyone who shares my passion for water with me can help me organize and book boat or float tours in and around Potsdam.
Furthermore, there are two scooters available (50 cc). Use and price by prior agreement.
You can also explore the area by bus or tram. From Potsdam’s main train station, it takes less than 20 minutes by regional train to Zoo Station (near Kurfürstendamm) in Berlin. A motorway connection is guaranteed over the A10 in the north and west of Potsdam as well as over the A115 in the east of the city.
