Our holiday houses are located directly on a landscape conservation area and are surrounded by 2.000 sqm garden area. Here you will find enough retreat places to relax after a heartache, enjoy the sun and recharge your batteries in the midst of nature. The untouched nature reserve borders directly with our garden with its canal and is thus also ideal for anglers. Over the canal you have direct access to the lake.
On the upper floor you will find an exclusive and lovingly furnished apartment with light-flooded rooms and a view to Lake Plauer and the natural canal behind the house.
The apartment extends over the first and second floor and offers about 120 square meters of living space plenty of space to relax and unwind for a whole family.
In our houses, we have ensured maximum sound insulation so that you are not disturbed by noise or noise from outside or adjacent apartments during your holiday.
This apartment has two large bedrooms, a large living room with wrap-around balcony, a large kitchen with balcony, two bathrooms, hallway and hallway.
In the well insulated attic are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the large south-facing bedroom, there is a king-size double bed with a 2.20 m bed and oversized duvets. So enough space for large guests – but also all smaller holidaymakers will surely find good sleep here.
The bedroom has a very large sun-protection glazed panoramic window overlooking the lake. Let yourself be enchanted by the rising sun and the view!
In addition, there is an ottoman in this room where one person can sleep comfortably. There is also a flat screen TV.
In the second, somewhat smaller bedroom, facing the north side, there are two single beds. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the landscape conservation area.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we have opted for head cushions with plastic filling. If you prefer to sleep on your own down pillow, bring it with you.
Furthermore, you will find in the attic a spacious bathroom with shower and a hallway.
The bright living room on the middle floor with its generously laid out panorama window we have furnished bright and comfortable. It offers you a lot of freedom of movement, as we deliberately separated the kitchens. A cozy seating corner with a sleeping couch, which can be folded out to a further lying area of ??1.40 m x 1.90 m, invites you to rest. A modern flat screen TV is also available here.
A spacious dining area can accommodate up to 8 people. The large circular balcony faces south and is at your own disposal. A garden table, chairs and umbrella are available.
The very spacious kitchen was modern furnished. The balcony to the north side, which adjoins the kitchen, allows you to enjoy the view of the nature and also to enjoy your breakfast all the more. A large dining table provides plenty of space for taking your meals. In the kitchens of our apartments you have everything you need for cooking, baking and roasting. The roof windows to be darkened in the outer kitchens also ensure a pleasant room climate on hot summer days.
The bathroom on this floor is bright and friendly and has a bathtub.
