Feel the maritime holiday flair in a harbor village with a marina and a view of the lighthouse, embedded in a beautiful natural landscape. The location of the cottages, a bit off the pier, promises peace and relaxation. Not far away, the harbor promenade invites you for a leisurely stroll or a walk towards the city center.
Our cottages are located directly on a conservation area and are surrounded by 2.000 square meters of garden area. Here you will find enough retreats to relax to your heart’s content, enjoy the sun and recharge your batteries in the midst of nature. The untouched nature reserve borders directly on our garden with its canal and is thus also ideal for anglers. Over the canal you have direct lake access.
Upstairs you will find an exclusive and lovingly furnished apartment with light-flooded rooms and a view to Plauer lake and the natural channel behind the house.
The apartment extends over the first and second floor and offers about 120 square meters of living space plenty of space to relax and unwind for a whole family.
In our houses, we have paid attention to a maximum of sound insulation, so that you are not disturbed in your holiday by noise or noise from outside or adjacent apartments.
This apartment has two large bedrooms, a large living room with wrap-around balcony, a large kitchen with balcony, two bathrooms, hallway and hallway.
In the well-insulated attic are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The large south-facing bedroom has a king size double bed with 2,20 m of sleeping space and oversized comforters. So there is enough space for big guests – but also all smaller tourists will surely find good sleep here.
The bedroom has a very large, sunshade-glazed panoramic window overlooking the lake. Be enchanted by the rising sun and the view!
In addition, there is an ottoman in this room, where another person can easily sleep. Also a flat screen is available.
In the second, slightly smaller bedroom, aligned to the north side, there are two single beds. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the landscape conservation area.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we have decided for pillows with plastic filling. If you prefer to sleep on your own down pillows, bring it with you.
Furthermore, you will find in the attic a spacious bathroom with shower and a hallway.
The bright living room in the middle floor with its generous panorama windows we have furnished bright and comfortable. It offers you a lot of freedom of movement as we have deliberately separated the kitchens. A cozy sitting area with a sofa bed, which can be expanded if necessary to another lying area of ??1.40 mx 1.90 m, invites you to relax. Of course, a modern flat screen TV can also be found here.
A spacious dining area can accommodate up to 8 people. The large wraparound balcony faces south and is available to you alone. A garden table, chairs and parasol are of course available.
The very spacious kitchen has been decorated in a modern style. The balcony to the north side, which adjoins the kitchen, allows you to enjoy the view of nature and certainly enjoy your breakfast all the more. A large dining table offers plenty of space to take your meals. In the kitchens of our apartments you have everything you need for cooking, baking and roasting. The darkened skylight in the outer kitchens ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days.
The bathroom located on this floor is bright and nicely decorated and has a bathtub.
