Our in 2010 newly built Boarding House “Villa Tern” is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District right on Lake Plau, in the district Appelburg / Seelust. We are a boarding house. This means that when we enjoy the benefits of a fully-equipped apartments and we offer the services of a small hotel.

We offer apartments in two different categories, which are essentially different in size (from 85 to 120 m²). Each of the two apartments has a separate entrance. It can be accommodated 1 to 6 people. All are non Rauer apartments.
The large apartment is on the first OG it can accommodate 1 to 6 people. Approximately 120 m² living space spread over 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with open living and dining area and direct views of the lake. The apartment is bright and friendly and loving. The beautiful panoramic view from the large balcony from the Plauer Lake invites you to relax.
For the film evening, a flat-screen TV is in the living area.
