Our in 2010 newly built Boarding House “Villa Tern” is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District right on Lake Plau, in the district Appelburg / Seelust. We are a boarding house. This means that when we enjoy the benefits of a fully-equipped apartments, we offer the service of a small hotel.
We offer (incl.):
– Breakfast service on the room
– Daily Cleaning (can be limited on request)
– Separate common room for social gathering, with extra kitchen, fireplace, various games, books and a large flat TV.
Our location makes it easy for you to get to know the area.
Do you want to be very close to the lake? In the morning at breakfast enjoy the sunrise, the first rounds of swimming in the lake or jog along the lake? Then you are right with us!
The two apartments of “Villa Tern” are ideal for business travelers, short-term workers and for family holidays.

We offer apartments in two different categories, which are essentially different in size (from 85 to 120 m²). Each of the two apartments has a separate entrance. It can be accommodated 1 to 6 people. All are non Rauer apartments.
The Apartment 2 is located in the EC on the ground floor the Plauer lake. Approximately 85 m² living space spread over 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with open living and dining area and direct views of the lake. The apartment is bright and friendly and loving.
From the breakfast table on the terrace you have a wonderful view over the lake. The wonderful view invites you to relax.
For the film evening, a flat-screen TV is in the living area.
