This fully renovated holiday home is located only 4 km away from Ötz, in the village of Ötztal Bahnhof. You’ll have plenty of privacy here, with your own entrance and large, private, south-facing terrace. All the rooms in this comfortable, 150-m2 home are on the ground floor. You’ll have no less than 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, an open kitchen and a very spacious living room at your disposal. You can even make home-made pizzas, as the fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an authentic pizza oven. There’s a very large, sunny, south-facing terrace with a barbecue to the side of the house. The newly built Area 47 outdoor centre is only a stone’s throw away. And the free ski bus takes you to a number of different skiing areas including Kühtai, Ötz and the glacier skiing area of Sölden.
