Thetvillage of Ötz is located at the beginning of the Ötztal from which it takes its name. The Winklerhof is located about 1 km above the charming village of Ötz. The home for 12 persons is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, and you have your own entrance at the side of the house, so you have the feeling of actually inhabiting the ground and first floors. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, in the summer it is a lovely base for lovely walks. In the winter, it is a meeting point for skiers in the Hochoetz ski area, with 27 km of slopes, ideal for families and beginners, and snowboarders love the Fun park at the Bielefelder Hütte. The Super Ski Pass provides unlimited ski enjoyment at the Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden ski areas. With one single pass, you have access to a total of 220 km of slopes and 60 state of the art lifts. The ski bus stops right in front of the house.
