Property Description
The holiday house is located in between the Heiligendamm and Warnemünde located Baltic Sea Nienhagen directly on the Baltic Sea and on the Baltic Sea cycle path. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden.
The house has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining area with TV and fireplace. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed and a double bed in a cozy corner under a slope and a second large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating, wall heaters and fireplace provide cozy warmth even in the colder months.
A parking space and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue are available.
In the house pets and smoking are not allowed!
