The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. From the entrance, it goes into the fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
In the large bedroom you will find u. a. a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. From the bedroom you can enter one of the two beautiful balconies.
The living area impresses with its corner couch with integrated sleeping function. Also in the spacious living room is the dining table with 4 seats for meals together. A TV is available. From the living area the balcony is walkable.
The high-quality open kitchen offers all possibilities even on vacation. You will find here u. a. a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and a convection oven.
Likewise, we have thought of our “little ones”. A travel cot and a highchair are available for free.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house.

The nearby Warnemünde and the golf course can be easily reached via the hiking and hiking trails. Ride a bicycle path along the sea. Excursions to Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm are also gladly undertaken by our visitors.
