House “Steinblick” is very sunny situated on a slope in the village of Elleringhausen.
With the best view of the Sauerland on the Bruchhauser Steine, this is since this year the second national nature monument of Germany and the only one of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Our house on the Rothaarsteig is also located and you can walk into the forest behind our house.
The house has a large garage under the house, the entrance height is 2 meters.
There are on the ground floor a large living room, a dining room with round seating a kitchen, two bedrooms a bathroom with bath and toilet a staircase to the lower floor (garage) a corridor with access to the hall (front door) and the upper floor.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms a spacious landing with seating / sleeping facilities and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Total living space is more than 240m2, with 600m2 of garden. Downstairs are the garage a hall, a storage room (soon sports room), a laundry room with shower, toilet washer and dryer, and a hallway with access to the oil stove. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds 180×200 and one bedroom with a queen bed 120×200 and a single bed 90×200. On the landing above is a 2-seater sofa and a sleeping chair and on one upstairs room is also a sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a kitchen unit in one large room, 2 electric pits, fridge and a 4-person dining area. There are also two camp beds available and two high chairs. From the dining room you can enter the wide balcony with panoramic views. The terrace borders the living room which overflows into the garden which runs behind the house. The garden is slightly up and there is always somewhere sun. There is a very popular apple tree in the garden where the neighbors like to pick from our absence. There is also a large trampoline in the backyard.
