The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and is acoustically very well separated from the living area. There is an additional cozy little TV corner in the hallway.
The house is 300m ², very comfortably furnished and flooded with light.
The large, fully equipped with all the comforts of country kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. Here amateur chefs go into raptures. Then the food is eaten at the big table in the dining room overlooking the beautiful scenery. At this large table 14 people find very good place.
The living room is spacious and offers 2 couches and a large group plenty of seating.
For small children are cots and highchairs incl. Changing table available.
The house is very spacious and quiet. Sleeping and living area are well separated. “Here you sleep like on cloud 7,” said a guest – just a dreamlike calm!
Underfloor heating is in all rooms, the bathrooms also have towel dryers. There is plenty of storage space and cupboards, one of the bathrooms has a double vanity. For infants, the bath with the deep shower is ideal.
The entire ground floor is furnished with rustic tiles, all bedrooms are carpeted.
In the large entrance hall is a piano. So who wants to play a song, here would be the opportunity.
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the floor are each a failure protection.
In the garden under large trees, let your soul or watch the children at play.
And of course there is terrace, garden furniture, chairs and barbecue.

The house was built in 2012 in an existing barn. Because, have been standing where cows and milked, a very beautiful house is now created. It impresses with its size, the tranquility that radiates it and acts on the guests, through the particularly exposed location with the wonderful view of the vast hilly landscape and its generously cut rooms. The house is very child friendly.
Children have the opportunity to participate in the pony rides after registering on our Ferienhof Messer in Stenneshöh. The farm is 4 km away and is also easily accessible by bicycle.
You can rent the house for only 1 night, then the price is 340, – €.
The Arrival days are flexible.
Extra beds are available.
From the dining room there is access to a large sunny terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, sunbeds and fire basket.
Dogs are welcome and cost 7, – € per day.
