The recently renovated and fully equipped house in Spital am Pyhrn welcomes you with a size of 140m². From the balcony, the terrace and the garden you can enjoy a 360 ° mountain view. Thanks to the two master bedrooms, the standard bedroom, the two comfortable living rooms, the two fully equipped kitchens with seating, the two balconies, the terrace and the large garden will make you feel at home, far from home!
In the two master bedrooms you will find a large double bed, in the standard bedroom a bunk bed. The living rooms offer a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table, closet with glass cabinet and much more. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen utensils you need for a nice cooking evening. The bathrooms have a bathtub, a shower, toilet, sink and, of course, a mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay!
The usual occupancy of the apartment is between 7 and 9 persons, the max. Occupancy is 11 persons. The three bedrooms can accommodate 5 people, the sofas in the two living rooms sleep 4 and we can accommodate an extra bed in one of the living rooms and another extra bed in one of the master bedrooms.
The apartment is located in a quiet and green environment. The only neighbor is a farmer about 50 meters from the apartment. The road is easily passable throughout the year and snow clearing is available in winter.

In May and the beginning of June various beautification works take place on the property (construction of a playground, renewal of the driveway, …). The apartments, the house and most of the garden remain untouched.
The work is completed in mid-June. Since the driveway will not look as good as expected, we offer you in the months of May and June our holiday home Mountain View at a special price (-25%).
