The modern furnished holiday home is fully equipped and measures 140m². In the large garden or on one of the balconies you can end the evening at sunset. The two large bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. The small bedroom has a bunk bed. In the two living rooms there is a flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa, which sleeps up to max. 2 people per sofa can be used. In the kitchen are all kitchen utensils (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, tea towels, dishes, cutlery) available. In the bathrooms there are two bathtubs and a shower. The washing machine can be used at no extra charge. Sheets and towels are available for free! We will give you the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard (valid from 10.05. To #########). In May and June we are working on the plot, so we offer our prices -25%!

The house is located on a hill in a secluded location. Only a small farm is located 50m away, well protected by trees and shrubs. The driveway is paved and easy to drive throughout the year, in winter there is a regular snow clearing to the house. Supermarkets, a bakery and pastry shop, restaurants, banks, doctors, a tobacco shop, sports shops and much more can be found in Spital am Pyhrn, 4 km away. The nearest larger community is Windischgarsten 4 km away. Here you will find all the amenities you need for a stay in the region. In the vicinity there are many leisure activities in summer as well as in winter! Public transport: Spital am Pyhrn Train Station is 4 km from the property. There is a bus connection with bus 911 from Edlbach am Pyhrn Grundner to the train station Spital am Pyhrn. The bus 911 departs from Liezen station to Windischgarsten via Spital am Pyhrn.
