Property Description
Our house is located in the district Milders the municipality Neustift im Stubaital, about 20 minutes by car from the ski area Stubai Glacier entfert. From here you come directly on the waterfront where you – past the playground – can walk 20 minutes after Neustift. In Milders restaurants and a shop in the near future are within walking distance and the bus stop is 100 meters away. After a nice hiking in the mountains or a day of skiing you can relax in our 60 sqm Apartment. We offer two bedrooms (one with satellite TV) for 5 persons (extra cot available), shower, separate toilet, entrance hall and a kitchen with full cooking and dishes, Schülmaschine, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, SAT-TV and radio. We have a large car park, ski room with boot dryer, free Wi-Fi and you can order delicious bread from the bakery with us.
Climbing and paragliding, swimming: For paragliders, we have a special treat: after the host is an avid aviator, he can give you valuable tips for. From May to November guests of our house have free entrance to the indoor pool with water slide, small outdoor pool and sunbathing area in the leisure center Neustift. It is located by car about 2 minutes from us or accessible via the Uferspazierweg in about 20 minutes.
