The new apartment (built in 2017) can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with a living room, 2 bedrooms and shower with separate toilet. In addition, there is a private garden with a terrace and a ski storage room with a boot dryer.
In the living room you will find a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and cooking utensils. The cozy seating corner invites you to eat together, play and watch TV. Enjoy your sleep in our 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with boxspring beds. A modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet make the apartment complete. On request, you can also order fresh rolls daily.

Our new, modern furnished apartment (55 m²) is located in the district of Milders. From the apartment the ski bus stop can be reached on foot (70m). A Spar supermarket with ATM is also within walking distance (about 400m). The village center Neustift is connected by its own walkway, along the stream, with Milders (about 2km). For Langlauffans the trail passes, a few meters from the house. A ski rental is also within walking distance (about 350m)
