Property Description
Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location in the district of Kampl, approximately 3km from the center Neustift – a whole house with garden – for you alone!
Nearby there is a beautiful landscaped lake with div. Sports facilities (football, volleyball court, large children’s playground, sunbathing area, restaurant right on the lake), and an Adventure Park (about 5 minutes drive away – community Fulpmes)!
Recently there is also a new grocery store (Spar) – about 500m away and a bakery is also nearby. On request, a daily bread delivery would be possible!
Our house has a beautiful panoramic view of the Stubai Alps (see photos) and is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and biking!
NEW this summer – the Stubai Super Card (valid from end / May to mid / October), you get it for free in our house! You can use this card throughout the Stubai Valley, all lifts / cable cars (Stubai Glacier, Elfer lifts, Schlick 2000, Serles Mieders with summer toboggan run) using free to use swimming pools for free, and take the bus from Mutterberg to Innsbruck free and from first to last day!
In our house there is a large apartment (on 2 floors divided), it can accommodate up to 16-18 people can be accommodated.
We have a total of 6 bedrooms:
Room 1: room with shower and WC (EC)
Room 2: Triple with shower / bath and 2x WC + balcony (1st floor)
Room 3: Quadruple room with shower / bath and 2x WC + balcony (1st floor)
Room 4: double bed room with shower / bath and 2x WC + balcony (1st floor)
Room 5: Double room with shower and WC balcony (1st floor)
Room 6: Single + sofa bed with shower / bath and 2x WC (1st floor)
There is a fully equipped kitchen (stove / hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, dishwasher, radio, etc.), a pantry with refrigerator and freezer, a living room with fireplace, a large lounge with satellite TV, as well as complimentary wireless Internet access. Our guests can use a washing machine (fee), and an iron and ironing board available. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided!
