The house with 180m² is available solely at your disposition! The large kitchen with dining area holiday house sleeps 15 people. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. You have the option to order fresh every day (except Sundays and holidays) breakfast pastries. The house has four separate bedrooms each with shower / WC. The ROOMS ARE made of pinewood with it a healthy and deep sleep is guaranteed. Towels and linen are included in the price. In addition, there are three living rooms in the cottage where you can retreat for quiet moments or a reading lesson. In every room there is also a satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
The house is only 10 minutes drive from the Stubai Glacier and making it the most nearest wooden house. If you want to leave the car in the garage you can reach the bus stop for the free ski bus to 150m. The closest grocery store is just 5 minutes away by car. Summer and winter trails for beginners and professionals in the immediate vicinity. Appetite for good home cooking? Several restaurants are within walking distance. At 300m from the house there are cross-country skiing and a small ski lift. You have no ski equipment? No Problem! At 500m on the way to the Stubai Glacier is a ski rental or rent the equipment directly on the glacier.
A large ski room including a ski boot dryer in the house is located in the basement. Your holiday hassle free! Easy parking, no parking fees. In our house is convenient parking and free in the garage with direct staircase to the rooms.
Our house is a Non smoking house, we are happy to provide our smoking on the balcony and terrace ashtrays. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
