Welcome to our end of 2010 newly built holiday home with direct access to the lake!
The plot in very quiet surroundings has its own jetty. The house stands on a 800 sqm fenced plot, surrounded by a large park-like grounds.
The open living-dining area with large glass sliding doors allows a beautiful view of the old trees and the lake. From the glazed gable room you can let your eyes wander far over the lake and relax. The house can be used all year round thanks to underfloor heating and a wood-burning fireplace and solid construction. Here you will find pure relaxation. Whether you are exploring now with a carriage or on horseback, the landscape, whether you want to go to one of the adjacent areas for hunting, swimming, boating or canoeing, cycling wish to plan sightseeing or just ‘lazy’ want. The house has 2 – 4 people to about 110 m ‘area adequate space (approximately 85 sqm.). Have you ever thought to spend your winter vacation at a lake zugefroreren?
