The carriage house coach house from the Wilhelminian era was extensively renovated in 2014 and offers – a contemporary decor and lovingly arranged antiques – in a classic-looking building dress. Water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, opera lovers and those interested in culture can reach the castle of Frederick the Great and the breathtaking castle park complex as well as the chamber opera and the small marina from the location of the coach house in just 2 minutes. The Meckelnburg Lake District with its fantastic lakes and landscapes are also only a few minutes away. For culinary delights provide numerous restaurants, such. For example, the Seehof, which has won many prizes and is listed in the Michelin Guide. Especially recommended is the lantern court, the masterfully “local dishes with history” serves.
The coach house has a small breakfast terrace (laid out on a raised bed with fountain) overlooking the courtyard and the front building.
The house offers a brand-fitted kitchen with a cozy sitting area and a living area with fireplace pleasant living comfort. A contemporary shower room with a retracted shower and Duravit bathroom items refreshes at any time of the day. In the coach room of the attic (accessible via a “steep” stairs) is room for two guests and on the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (the patio door in the bedroom leads into the covered patio area).
Furthermore, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, which offers space for two guests if necessary. For the vehicle incl. Boat or canoe is a spacious garage (adjacent to the covered patio) with electric sectional door available.
In the covered outdoor area is also a large dining table with seating for 10 people and behind a small garden invites you to sunbathe.
