Property Description
The cottage was created as a holiday home in the last century in half-timbered technique and carefully covered with wooden shingles. The house was extensively renovated in 2017. It is located on a large, partly terraced forest property, direct parking on the property is possible. Access then via stone stairs! (about 250m and 30 steps).
Due to its special location, the house offers a close to nature stay and direct access to a large enclosed forest area with its great recreational opportunities. Quiet or sporty, that’s up to you. Many things are possible.
They exclusively use the large property and find there your favorite place to read and relax.
On the ground floor you enter the living room and the closed kitchen after the practical hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped and meets all requirements.
A wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom (large box spring bed) with ensuite bathroom. The single room and the sleeping gable are reached via the veranda.
The house has fast internet and this is used for communication as well as entertainment and information (TV via Chromecast, Radio via Bluetooth)
Please note: Only the single room is fully completed. The other sleeping arrangements are connected as in a maisonette apartment.
The gable is accessible only by a ladder.
In the house you will find indications of the sights in the region. In addition to Heidelberg, with its old town and the castle, you can visit Mannheim, Speyer or Sinsheim.
