The Garden House B&B, completely renovate in November 2013 located in Munich’s Trudering district, is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest public transportation station (U-Bahn/S-Bahn, Tram Nightline, Busses) , it takes 10 minutes to reach central Munich by means of traffic and the Messe (Trade fair) exhibition grounds are 3 kilometers away.This cozy and tastefully decorated apartment offers 4 Bed rooms with total of 3 Bath Rooms , Large living room separate Dining room , free hi speed Wi-Fi , Satellite TV . Guests are welcome to relax outside in the large garden.free parking is available for those travelling by car.Please note our standard rate valid for max 8 persons. 14 persons can stay in the Garden House. € 25 Extra Person/Day for more then 8 persons.
For reservation warranty a down-payment of 40% of the total balance is required.
