SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR OUR OKTOBERFEST GUESTS:
– Trudering subway train S4 / S6 and “Quiddestrasse” underground metro U5
– both stations are equally 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bus.
– S4 and S6 trains are going until station “Hackerbrücke” where you can walk to Theresienwiese within 10 minutes.
– U5 goes directly to station “Theresienwiese” Oktoberfest
30-35 minutes by public transportation (5. 2miles / 8.5km) to get to the Oktoberfest from us.
– 22 hours (10pm) is mandatory.
– Please also consider a foreign health insurance as it may happen that you do not feel well after german beer. I always want to be there for you and so I can call a doctor if necessary.

Our beautiful house is located in a quiet area in the east of Munich. You want to get four private rooms in the basement of a large two-family house with slight daylight and following beds:
– Room no. 1: Large double bed (180×200) and a fold-out, comfortable sofa couch (140×200),
– Room no. 2: Large double bed (180×200), one single bed (120×200), one single bed (90×200),
– Room no. 3: One double bed (140×200)
– Room no. 4: One double bed (140×200)
A foldable baby can be added upon request.
In total there can sleep 12 adults and a baby. The room is located in the basement and therefore has a nice view.
You come to us just as guests, but as friends. According to our motto Friends @ Home. You are welcome to contact us with any request at any time. Whether you are in town for business or as a tourist, we look forward to hear you and help you with what we can! 🙂
Your rooms are decorated with fresh linen and towels. We always keep the rooms as good as we would like to have them as guests ourselves.
Our house is always inhabited. We are a very nice and friendly family with children and grandparents who occupy the 1st and 2nd floor of the house.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms, toilet and shower are in the pool area. A second toilet is located on the ground floor. Refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine on the same floor. Free coffee and tea. Lockable room. The pool can be used by arrangement between 10-20 clock. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen that we can offer. So, the house keys will be NOT handed out. You can always ring the doorbell until 10pm to get in. After 22 o’clock we ask for a short text message to open the door. Thank you very much! 🙂
We speak German, English, Spanish, Russian and a little bit of French all together. So you can find a contact person in our family for you with whom you can communicate in your favorite language.
