Welcome to our 2016 newly built, large house with a garden on the south bank of Möhnetalsperre. The lake is only a stone’s throw from the house! From the spacious roof terrace offers a panoramic view over the lake with a view of the opposite, redesigned beach promenade Körbecke.

Here, a game of table football or played on the huge leather couch for cozy log fires, a common movie night to be enjoyed. You should not miss to observe the setting sun directly over the Möhnesee from the adjacent large roof terrace in the summer. A look like this is found probably hardly a second time on Möhnesee!
On the roof terrace from a large shady dining table for up to six people and a lounge for relaxing hours in the sun is available. On fine days you can see from here numerous boats on the lake drive.
A smaller bathroom is upstairs also available. can at the back by a glass panel in the roof garden with its young fruit trees, the meadow and the south terrace are considered.
And if it drives you even the front door, so there is within walking distance of the boat rental (5 min walk), where you can also enjoy a few smaller meals or a drink on the redesigned boathouse terrace. And little further two restaurants should, the kitchen stay times cold. The footbridge to the bank and change to the beach promenade of Körbecke is a maximum 15 minute walk and is by bicycle worth exploring!
