The holiday apartment is located in a residential complex right on the Möhnesee with mainly used by the owners themselves apartments and apartments. The complex has a large heated pool, the water temperature from May to September is pleasant 26 to 28 degrees. Use of the pool is included in the rent. The pool is open from May to September!
Our holiday guests may also use the private sauna area for free. In addition to a sauna, there are also facilities for foot baths / Fußwechselbäder and a relaxation and rest area.
The holiday apartment
The approx. 20 m² large, light-filled living area is glazed over an entire wall width and has access to the large double balcony. The balcony invites you to cozy breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset.
The living room is high quality and modern. In addition to a comfortable couch (3 seater and chair), there is also a dining area with large dining table and 4 chairs. A modern flat screen TV (42 inches) with HD satellite / DVB-S receiver, a DVD player for CD’s and DVD’s and a Bluetooth Tower for wireless music streaming z. B. from Smartphone ensure the cozy music or movie night.
The spacious, bright bedroom is also glazed over the entire width of the wall, from there goes another door on the double balcony, which features in this area over two sunbeds.
The 2-room apartment is furnished so that up to 4 people have full sleep. 2 guests sleep in the bedroom, which is equipped with 2 large beds of 100 x 200 cm and thick Schlaraffia mattresses. These beds can be placed either as a double bed or as single beds.
Up to 2 further guests sleep in the living room / bedroom, which comes with a comfortable folding bed of 160 x 200 cm with Bultexmatratze.
For babies and toddlers, we also have a smaller travel cot, which we are happy to provide, a highchair is available.
The apartment is thus well suited for a family of four or 2 couples agreeing on the distribution of beds.
A spacious wardrobe with 5 doors provides ample space for clothes brought along. The full-length mirror attached to the closet.
The separate kitchen is functional and has everything needed for self-sufficiency of a family. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven at eye level, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg cooker.
Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are plentiful. All detergents are available for free.
The bathroom has a shower tub with shower door, vanity, mirror and toilet. Towels and bath towels are provided for use within the apartment. The bathroom also is a washing machine / dryer combination.
For the use of the pool to the sauna or at the lake, we ask to bring their own towels. If you want to use the sauna, you should also think of bathrobes and slippers.
