The Villa Möhnesee is located about 1 km above the popular holiday area Möhnesse. In summer, you can enjoy various water sports such as canoeing, rowing, sailing and kitesurfing. Boat trips on the lake are possible. A large beach is also available. The area is ideal for long walks and bike rides. In winter, Villa Möhnessee is a good base for skiing in the Ski-Arena Sauerland or in Willingen, which is about 1 hour away.
The house offers a total of about 100 square meters of living space for up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, each sleeping two in a separate sleeping area (one room with a bunk bed, two rooms with a 1.4 meter wide bed and a room with a 1.8 meter wide bed) and a large living room with a fireplace and views over the about 1,500 square meters of garden. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with bath, BD and toilet, a separate guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the garden terrace at the house is an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings.
The living and sleeping areas are bright and colorful. The living room is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV. From the living room you look through the large window front into the spacious garden. The bathrooms are bright and modern. Bicycles can be provided if required.
