Your holiday home, entirely at your disposal, is situated on the 1st floor and consists of 2 apartments connected by a communicating door. (The ground floor of the house is used by the owner as storage.) You will immediately notice the enormous space you have at your disposal, 230 m2! The authentically furnished living rooms have a cosy atmosphere, finished with a lot of wood. The kitchens are equipped with all modern equipment. You have 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You have a gorgeous view from the sunny balcony. Mittersill is popular in the summer due to its many activities and central location. The immediate vicinity offers many options for hiking and mountain sport, as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the entire area by bike on the Tauern cycle route. You can go for a refreshing dip in the nearby Hollersbacher See. Skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding or ski touring, everything is possible in the wonderful Kitzbühel ski area, and the lifts are within easy reach with the free ski bus. Sled, snowshoe, or take a ride on a horse-sleigh ride in the area, and going sledding in the evening on the longest natural luge track in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg is highly recommended – there is even a free "Sled Train" on Friday evenings.
