Within walking distance of the famous Mittersill and near the National Park centre, you’ll find the beautiful luxurious holiday home, divided into 2 entirely separate holiday homes, which can be rented either separately or together. Your holiday home is located on the left side of the property (from the front right side) and is tastefully and elegantly furnished. On the ground floor you have a large living room with modern open kitchen and direct access to the beautiful terrace. There is also a wonderful (IR) sauna where you can soothingly relax after an intensive day in the mountains. On the 1st floor there are 3 luxuriously furnished bedrooms, some equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom or shower. From the beautiful balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Mittersill is known in the summer for its many activities and central location. The immediate vicinity offers countless hiking and mountaineering possibilities, as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the entire area by bike using the Tauern Radweg. To cool down, you can go swimming in the Badesee swimming lake in Hollersbach. In the magnificent ski resort of Kitzbühel, you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or go on guided ski tours. The lifts are easy to reach with the free ski bus and the ski train. Here you can go tobogganing, snow-shoeing or take horse sleigh trips all over. It is highly recommended to go tobogganing after skiing at night on the longest natural toboggan run in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg – there’s even a free ‘toboggan train’ on certain evenings. Special note: the house will be completely renovated in autumn of 2018. The photos show the present condition, so the furnishings will be of higher quality than shown here.
