The apartment beach runners is just 30 meters from the sandy beach, in a house built in the style bathrooms, modern apartment block. The central location of the house you can easily reach all the shops and promenades with cafes and shops on foot and in time to return to your beach chair by the sea in order to further relax.
Guests can cook their meals in the richly appointed kitchen itself (the dishes done the dishwasher for you) and eat either on the spacious loggia or the bright dining area in the apartment. Or indulge in one of the numerous restaurants to suit most tastes in Binz.
Up to three guests together spend here their wellness holidays and use the comfortable apartment as a starting point for your activities and attractions, either on foot or with the car parked in the underground car for exploring Germany’s biggest island Rügen.
The bright apartment beach runners is in. 1 Floor of the house beach castle, overlooking the beach villa beach castle and the adjacent Villa Bellvedere with their romantic seaside style loggias. From the bedroom window offers from autumn to spring a little view of the ocean and the pier. The approximately 40 m2 apartment has a cozy living room with bright kitchen and dining area for 3 persons, a shower room with window, a bedroom and a spacious loggia direction west-north-west (evening sun). The floor is tiled or covered with laminate. It is very suitable for holiday of 2 to a maximum of 3 people (extra bed on the sofa bed in the living area). The apartment is very bright and friendly and was remodeled in 2011 and lovingly restored. The proximity to all care facilities, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. For relaxation a free beach chair make the sea (from May to September) and the possibility to use a sauna in the villa beach castle (surcharge).
In the bright living room, our guests can next to cable TV (32 inch full HD flat screen TV) and a DVD player, use a stereo with CD player and jack for your MP3 player, and a Wi-Fi connection. For the comfort provide a sofa bed and a wicker chair. The sofa bed can be used for additional bed of a third person (120 cm width). In addition, a small selection of books and games available for our guests.
On the porch, which is comfortably furnished with eucalyptus wood furniture, the evening can enjoy the sunshine.
The kitchenette has a 4-ring ceramic hob with oven, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Kitchen utensils and crockery are fully available. The bright dining area in front of the windows facing the loggia invites you to enjoy meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a wardrobe. Here there is also room for a cot

For a family vacation you have a travel cot and a highchair available free of charge. In the kitchenette children’s crockery and cutlery are provided. The sockets are equipped with parental controls (which must be checked on arrival please).
The bathroom has an outside window and a comfortable quarter-circle shower. Shelves are available. Of course, the bathroom is equipped with cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.
You are welcome in our apartment beach runners also vacation with your dog make (5 euros / night). From October to April, dogs are permitted in Binz everywhere to the beach, so you can start right outside the door to long beach walks. During the season from May to September there are 2 dog beaches: one is located at the southern edge of the beach, in front of the Granitz on fishing beach, the other direction Prora in the north.
In the basement of the villa beach castle you have a coin-operated washing machine and dryer available. A sauna can be used for a fee. In the garage you are welcome to a parking space rent (5 euros / night). On the pitch is also space for parking bicycles or use our bicycles.
In the years 2011 and 2015, the apartment was remodeled and lovingly renovated.
