In one of the most beautiful locations of Binz, directly on the beach promenade, was the ‘Villa beach idyll’ built at the turn of the century in the style of resort architecture.
In about 10 meters away on the adjacent beach access directly the long sandy Baltic beach of Binz. The apartments are between 36-78 square meters in size (1 – to 3 – space – apartments) and for up to 6 persons.
Directly behind the villa is our branch (new) here, all apartments have a balcony (no sea view). The apartments are between 52 – 63 square meters in size and suitable for up to 6 people.
All apartments have a free parking space at the house. A bike room, as well as a washer and dryer (both for a fee) are available to our guests.

Type 1: 1-room apartment, with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person, about 36 square meters, with stunning sea views from the glass dormer, from May – September, a free beach chair on the beach is available to our guests, for max. 3 persons suitable.
Type 2: 2-room apartment, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, about 52 square meters, balcony with sea views, sleeps max. 4 persons.
Type 3: 2-room apartment, 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, in the living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, about 75 sqm, 2 balconies with sea views, sleeps max. 5 persons.

Type 4: 2-room apartment, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, about 52 sqm, balcony without sea views, sleeps max. 6 persons.
Type 6: 2-room apartment with additional open sleeping loft above the living room with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, about 63 sqm, balcony without sea views, sleeps max. 6 persons.
