You can expect a modern apartment on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, and a Pentryküche with living hall. Located in Ribnitz-Damgarten with view of the bay, 100 meters from the Bodden-Therme.
Interpreted is the apartment for 4 people, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The living room also contains a bed similar sofa bed.
Both bedrooms are located, reached by a wooden staircase first floor. Sheets and towels are included with us.
Behind the house is a terrace and a beautiful garden with apple and plum trees that are ideal for sunbathing and barbecuing. In the shed there are 2 simple bicycles and a barbecue available for use. The garden is fenced and z at the main gate closed. B. for free around running a dog suitable.
The restored 2013 house is located at a conveniently located street that leads to the Fischland, with views of the bay, 100 meters from the Bodden-Therme. Marketplace, harbor and shops can be reached by a walk along the water at 1 km. In 500m away is the Bodden Center (supermarkets, drug store, hardware store u. A.).
Access for guests is on the back door of the leads directly to the terrace in the garden. From there you get into the separate staircase to which the entire first Floor connects.

The nightly rate is independent of the number of guests (1-4 persons).
A few feet in front of the door there is a bus line stops. The station Ribnitz-Damgarten is located 1.7 km away and can be reached by bus or on foot.
Pet are allowed. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 20, – EUR for this case.

IMPORTANT: From 1. 1.2018 falls in Ribnitz-Damgarten on a tourist tax to whose collection we are obliged. This is in the high season (1. May to 30. September) 1.50 Euro (concession 1.15 Euro) per day and person, in the low season 1.20 Euro (concessions 0.85 Euro) and comes on the total price here on it.
