This generous, modern furnished thatched holiday home on three storeys is located in a quiet area on the edge of the Baltic resort of Rerik, in a development area. In a central location in the Hansa cities of Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km), you can find the idyllic family Baltic resort of Rerik. Just 900 m away, you can find the "Devil’s Canyon" at the cliff on the Baltic Sea beach. The light, top quality and open furnished living/kitchen area with fireplace and and access to the terrace area can be found on the ground floor of this wonderful thatched holiday home, as can one bedroom with access to the terrace. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet there. This bedroom is suitable for people with reduced mobility, as is the matching bath (no steps). Two additional cosy bedrooms can be found on the first floor. A further bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, connected with the private shower with a view of the nature. A fairly steep ladder leads to the attic of the house. This is home to two more lovely bedrooms. The outdoor area features a spacious terrace along with a large, totally enclosed garden. Note: Because several of the houses in the area are thatched, fireworks and New Year’s rockets are not permitted. Because this is a development area, nearby construction works are a possibility. The centre of Rerik with good shopping, small cafes and cosy restaurants can be reached by foot in just 30 minutes.
