Our reed-roofed holiday house with its 2 captain’s gables, built in solid construction in 2017, is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik. This newly built holiday home is located near the east beach and consists of thatched roof houses as well as houses with classic roofing.
The 628 sqm plot is located on the edge of the holiday park. The view to the south is undeveloped, so an undisturbed view over the cooling (landscape protection area) is included. As almost all rooms have bodied windows, you can enjoy the view not only from the terrace, but also from the interior of the house.
The house itself has a living space of approx. 160 sqm and is modern and family friendly. It currently sleeps 6 people with its 4 bedrooms.
Our low-energy house is heated by an air / heat pump and has a triple glazing. A controlled ventilation with heat recovery ensures a pleasant air circulation. Even when the windows are closed, there is always a pleasant ventilation in the sleeping rooms. All rooms have underfloor heating, which radiates pleasant warmth in autumn and winter.
All sockets are childproof and the existing child protection grids can be hung or hung up on the stairs to the upper floor (both upstairs and downstairs) as well as on the stairs into the pointed floor.
On the ground floor there is a light-flooded bathroom with extra-large bathtub; Badradio, walk-in shower at ground level, large double vanity and sauna. There is also the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. This is equipped with a separate cooking island and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. This includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooker / hob, oven, ceiling hood, a microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, blender, S. W.
The large couch corner and a 49 “TV invite you to cozy TV evenings, if the weather does not play.
In a small separate room in the hall is the washing machine and under the stairs to the upper floor, various things of the daily needs can be parked.
The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms (each about 16 square meters), each with a large 2 x 2 m double bed and large sliding door wardrobe and a bedroom (12 sqm) with a 1.90 m x 2 m large double bed. A reclining chair offers a good retreat in each of the large bedrooms, if that’s what you need.
Finally, the second floor is also the 2nd floor. Bathroom with large double vanity and walk-in shower.
Except for the kitchen area and the inaccessible HWR, all windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. Thus, a. for an optimal blackout possibility of all bedrooms, which allows a relaxing and long sleep on vacation. In addition, insect screens are integrated into the blinds of the bedrooms of the upper floor.
On the property is a large parking space, which offers space for 3 cars.
