Welcome to our “Villa at home”!
A beautiful house in a quiet but central location with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor pool, sauna, terrace, barbecue and much more. The perfect place for a holiday with the whole family!
As you can see in the photos, we attach great importance to a very cozy atmosphere and a lot of “feel-good factor”. It is a two-family house that is inhabited during the winter months. At this time, it is the home of four people, a dog, a cat and we are pretty sure that under the roof a dormouse has found its home;)
In the summer months, our “Villa at home” empties and allows you to book our comfortable accommodation 🙂
Access for guests
The house has a total of three floors. On the ground floor the kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom / WC and a separate WC.
Due to the hillside, the house has a fully developed basement with 2 large bedrooms, bathroom / WC as well as pool, sauna, sun terrace and access to the garden.
All of this is entirely yours during your visit!
The 1. Stick is inhabited by me. The garden I do not use during your stay, of course, so you can undisturbed enjoy your holiday!
Guest Interaction
I live in. 1 Floor of the house and will be sporadic during your stay at home. The house is structurally geared for 2 families (and even in winter so inhabited) and therefore we will – if not intentionally – not even cross paths 🙂 Of course I am – if wanted – and all the advice you may have.
The neighborhood
The location of our “Villa at home” is ideal for all kinds of excursions. Whether it’s a day at the lake is (aL, Wörthersee, inter alia, less than 15 minutes by car), hiking (because there are so many ways I do not even know where to start), cultural program (Cathedral Maria Saal, Herzogstuhl, Rom , Excavations, etc.), climbing gardens and gorge adventure hikes (Tscheppaschlucht), lookout towers (Pyramidenkogel), fairy tale forests, adventure hiking trails and so much more await you in the area.
In the resort there is a supermarket with everything you could need to live and also some very good restaurants nearby.
Only 9 kilometers away you can make a trip to the center of Klagenfurt for shopping, ice cream and much more …
means of transport
It would be ideal for your visit to the “Villa at home” if you arrive by car. We have a bus service several times a day to Klagenfurt, but we live here “in the country”;)
The train station is 20 minutes walk away, the bus stop 2 minutes, the airport 10 minutes by car. Perfect it is natural for the athletic visitors, who are traveling by bike. There are around great bike paths and also for racing cyclists is very well taken care of (I’m even a – I can give you good tips).
Other important information
It is during your visit, the possibility of additional services to book. On the one hand I’m in the house with my Shiatsu practice available and because my great passion of the sport, especially the hiking, I can also be booked as a certified mountain guide for tours in Carinthia. Of course, I am also available for questions and information about the area around the house.
