This magnificent apartment is situated on the ground floor of a rural house in a peaceful location, just outside of Klagenfurt, a short distance away from the Wörthersee lake. The building that houses this holiday home is an old farmhouse, a so called ‘Gutshof’ and has recently been renovated. You would only share the house with the owner, who lives upstairs, but you have your own separate entrance so your privacy is guaranteed. The apartment has a very stylish interior that has been furnished with an eye for detail. The living room gives you direct access to the 800m2 garden, which has a lovely terrace, playground equipment and sun loungers, which you will have all to yourselves. You will find everything you could wish for to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. The apartment has two bedrooms next to each other, each with a double bed. There are two large sofas in the living room that can be used as sofa beds as well. The lovely, spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts and has a large dining table. Next to the bathroom with bath and shower, there is also a washing machine. Klagenfurt am Wörthersee has plenty to offer for all kinds of guests. Sports activities, culture, relaxation – this area has it all. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Austria’s sunny south and find total relaxation in these stunning surroundings.
