Our 4 room apartment in a quiet location is located in the 2nd Floor of a private house and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has an upscale amenities: in all rooms high quality parquet and partly granite floor is laid, as well as in the large dining room, where you can let the evenings fade away.
A separate laundry room also exists, as well as a pantry.
Free parking facilities are sufficiently available in the adjoining road. Due to the very good connection to the A59, where you can reach Dusseldorf within 25 minutes or reach the center of Cologne in 25 minutes, as well as the two fairs and in the center of Cologne, it is suitable for guests with high expectations.
