This beautiful apartment is located in one of Leipzig’s most beautiful and most aspiring quarter.
It was completely renovated in 2016 and refurnished, and provides the ideal place for up to 6 guests. The high ceilings and original hardwood floors give this apartment the charm of a building from the early days; simultaneously the bathroom and kitchen were provided with modern equipment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 cm bed in one, and a 180 x 200 cm bed in the other. The large living room also has a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm). You will also find a large dining table, a TV and games for children.
The kitchen was fully equipped so you can cook for the whole family or group your own meals. In addition to the microwave oven, the toaster, the kettle and the coffee machine can be found here also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the ground floor – the small bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom giving on the garden, and the master bedroom and the living room on a quiet street.

The apartment is just a short walk from the tram and numerous shops. The old town and the main station can be reached within about 25 minutes on foot.
