Property Description
During March and April 2018 our house in Leipzig, Ludwigstraße 95, is being renovated. It will be fully scaffolded. During the usual working hours noise pollution is possible and tv reception might sometimes be disturbed. All work is done exclusively outside the house. Flats and stairs are not affected. We ask for understanding.
Our apartment is located in a listed building, the original wooden floorboards and antique doors are maintained. The rooms are carefully decorated and equipped with comfort, so you will also find free Wi-Fi or a Full HD TV with Blu-ray player.
The apartment (65 qm) has got a bedroom with a double bed and a small workplace, a living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans and crockery. You will also find a cot and a high chair.
We welcome children and are happy to rent long term. Smokers are asked to smoke outside.
