Steingaden is a recognized holiday resort and has 50 small neighborhoods. The surrounding area offers a restorative holiday in the foothills of the Alps, where Upper Bavaria and the Allgäu meet. The location has many monuments which reflect the history of the area. You can really get to know the Bavarian traditions in a typical Bavarian beer garden or at the village festivals. This charming holiday home with a separate entrance is located in the house next to an old farm, which is used as a horse pension nowadays. The property has a south-facing balcony with lovely mountain view. You can start bike tours or hikes right from the property. You can also reach the many sights in the area in just a short time. The village centre of Steingaden is 6 km away. There is a play area for the kids. You can also use the lounging area, the small football pitch and the table tennis table. A grill awaits you for lovely summer evenings. You can also bathe in the nearby lake. Excursions are possible to Füssen (18km), Neuschwanstein Castle (25km), Oberammergau (25km), and Munich (90km).
