The ground floor of the modern and spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. In addition to the central heating throughout the house in winter makes a stove for heat and a corresponding feeling cozy warmth. The atrium-like gallery and the equipment with lots of light spruce contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, the exclusively designed bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine (not in winter).
