Currently the apartment is old bakery Hamswehrum still under renovation, therefore, only a few photos are available. The apartment is a detached house with a pleasant sheltered terrace. The house has spacious 100m² ground floor and the parking space can accommodate 2 cars. In the old center of Hamswehrum, one of the small Warffendörfer the Krummhörn, you can fully experience Ostfriesland.
The house offers a beautiful open living space with fully equipped modern kitchen and large dining table. In the same room a cozy sofa corner invites you to linger, with direct access to the terrace. From the entrance you come into the two bedrooms, one of them is very spacious with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00) and a single bed (0.90m x 2.00), a large wardrobe offers enough space. The other bedroom is a bit more compact with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00) and also a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a large walk-in shower,

– Bicycles can be parked in the back of the house and there is the possibility to charge e-bikes

Hamswehrum is one of the many beautiful Warffendörfer the Krummhörn with almost 500 inhabitants. With a direct route to the dike, the village is located close to the Wadden Sea. A place of interest in Hamswehrum is the Malerhaus Hillen, where occasionally exhibitions take place. In the neighboring village ‘Groothusen’ there is the opportunity to visit the Osterburg, which also has a café and bistro.
The beautiful port city of Emden can be reached by car in just 20 minutes, Emden offers various shops and an art gallery with ever-changing exhibitions. Also the popular fishing village Greetsiel is only 13 minutes away by car where you can look at the real fishing boats in the old harbor and enjoy a fresh crab sandwich on the side. The Campener lighthouse is with only 5km distance a worth seeing attraction.
If you like swimming or want to go to the beach can go to the Knock, there is directly at the restaurant Strandlust a small beach or if you take a little walk along the sea leads to a larger, secluded beach, also on the dry beach in Upleward ( 3km) you can swim and sunbathe on the dike. If you do not want to be dependent on tides, you can also go to one of the swimming pools in Greetsiel, Emden or Norddeich.
