In the cozy hamlet Hamswehrum is our 155 m² large, newly renovated and completely newly furnished holiday home: the Ostfriesenhuus.

The house is furnished in a modern country style and has a master bedroom, a children’s room with a 1.40 meter wide bed and a racing car bed for small car fans. In the spacious, open plan living area you will find a wood pellet stove, a comfortable sofa area, big screen TV, Blueray player and free Wi-Fi. The large kitchen in the extraordinary conservatory with access to the terrace is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, convection oven at headroom and all major household appliances.
The Masterbad offers a ground-level rainforest shower with underfloor heating and an infrared cabin. The second bathroom upstairs has a shower and corner bath. A washer-dryer is also available in the utility room.
Everything is equipped allergy friendly (u. Bio-floor). The entire living area has underfloor heating / heating.
On the terrace cozy garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax and enjoy. In the garden is a lot of space for our little guests to play – u. a. The Pirate Ship Sandbox wants to be conquered.
The Ostfriesenhuus is especially child-friendly – own games room upstairs, toys / books are available. For excursions is also a buggy ready. Hamswehrum has a playground, which is within walking distance in two minutes. The quiet location in Hamswehrum makes the place particularly attractive – while all excursion destinations are easily accessible.
In the master bedroom there is an additional cot. And for rainy weather, we have in the bedroom a small library with thrillers, fiction, cookbooks, etc. furnished.
The house has a carport; own bikes can be parked behind the house.
