Our beach house has been family-owned for 50 years, so that Kronsgaard will accompany us with its advantages over many years. In 2016, local craftsmen used building biological materials to refurbish the mahogany house and turn it into a high-quality holiday home.
The bright, warm rooms with full wood furniture and floorboards according to the Scandinavian model are barrier-free and open to a circulating 45 m2 protected sun terrace. The 800 m2 natural garden is largely hidden from view and an oasis of peace with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches between Geltinger Birk and Schleimünde.
In the season from mid-June to mid-September, children sleep in the 10 m2 apartment block next to the main building, and the furniture is made of solid wood and high-quality.
In the main house there is a children’s room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a spacious living and dining room. Sleeping and living rooms have a view of the Baltic Sea.
