The in July 2015 completed Apartment “Aero” is just 80 meters from one of the best beaches on the Baltic coast in Kronsgaard / Fishing and inspired by the sea, the light-filled living room and the clever layout.
In spring, the first rays of sunshine lure the large southeast-facing balcony and in the summer the beach is right outside your door. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the view of the SEA at Kamingeknister and warm up again after long walks.
The 5-star apartment has been planned to the last detail and equipped by a specialized interior decorator.
The apartment is designed for 4 people. The floor is covered with high-quality design planks in wood look and is heated by underfloor heating. All windows are fitted with Sichtschutzplissees and in the bedrooms with Verdunklungsplissees.

The apartment “Aero” offers the perfect space to spend with friends or family a few days relaxing.
LIVING ROOM
The living area with dining area and kitchenette thrilled with its sea views and many windows at ground level. The large and extra deep sofa invites you to linger, relax and read.
The custom dining table is complemented by the chairs of Thonet – real design classic flat. The selected oak furniture perfectly match the high-quality design concept of this apartment.
The fireplace is both from the dining area as well as from the cozy seating area from visible and thus provides a beautiful view point and warmth on cold days.
The technical equipment includes a 32 inch flat screen TV, a DVD / Blu-ray player and a stereo system (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, Aux-In and Bluetooth. Of course, you have in the home WLAN.
A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs-Fi is also available.
KITCHEN
The open-plan kitchen offers ideal conditions to already enjoy the get-together during cooking. It is equipped with high-quality branded products.
A stove with integrated oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and much more make the heart of every cook lover.
Apart from the technical equipment they convinced z. B. by dishes of Maxwell Williams, cutlery and pots of WMF, knife Fiskars and bowls from Rosti Mepal.

BEDROOM
Bedroom I

The duvets Oversized (155x220cm) allow a restful sleep. Throw linen and cozy fleece blankets make this bedroom into a real comfort zone.

Bedroom II / children
This also held in natural tones bedroom is equipped with two separate boxspring beds (90×200 cm) and duvet Oversized (155x220cm). A Verdunklungsrollo leaves especially for younger guests the sunlight outside.
A wardrobe offers here also enough storage space for the holiday wardrobe and Packed.

We have a small selection of other pads (side sleeper / 80x40cm pillow, neck pillow and roll), which we will gladly provide.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a window and boasts a bright tiles. It is equipped with cabinet with a shower (RAINSHOWER), a toilet, washbasin.
A heated towel rail also makes it possible to warm the towels or to dry.
A large mirror, a vanity mirror, a powerful hair dryer and an initial supply of toiletries round out this room.
Fluffy towels and bath towels, we provide you of course free of charge.
TOILET
The guest bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with vanity unit, a large mirror and a toilet.
Washer and dryer are also located in this room. Of course there is in the apartment a clotheshorse.
BALCONY
This balcony (12 m²) has it all: you can see the sea, with a southeast facing, giving you plenty of light and sunshine guaranteed – so it seems since.
Facilities include a large table made of teak with four adjustable high Lehnern and cushions and a parasol.
For your personal pleasure you grill is a gas grill from Weber available.
Outdoor facilities:
Three beautifully designed solar islands, each willing to keep a beach chair for you, are also located on the grounds of the Baltic Sea Quarter. Enjoy the rest, a delicious drink and soak up the sun – what more do you need?
For your car you have a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles, other fleet, surfboards, fishing gear, etc. They can be stored in a lockable tool shed.
