Our house is located on the northern outskirts of Klagenfurt on 720m above sea level.
In a quiet, wooded area surrounded by nature, offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
The house “Eulenburg” is particularly suitable as a starting point for many activities and excursions, as the city of Klagenfurt, with all its attractions, events and attractions, can be reached in a few minutes.
The Wörthersee, Minimundus, the Pyramidenkogel or the Carinthian mountains are also popular destinations that offer a varied holiday.
For rest and relaxation, for walks in beautiful nature and in the adjacent forest or hiking, our hotel is also the ideal place.

There are 160 m2 of living space on 3 levels, which have been lovingly furnished, a large garden with barbecue area and games, and plenty of parking space.
On the ground floor of the house is the modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave …), the large dining room, the cozy living room with tiled stove and adjoining terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and single beds, and another bathroom with shower and bath.
The magnificent view of the valley can be found in almost all rooms.
