I am your holiday house in Austria and bid you welcome to my page. I stand in rats in Joglland. If you are looking for the tranquility of the forest, the sound of a river and the gurgle of a spring then you are right with me. I offer the soothing charm of nature, the power of silence and a balanced range of culture and entertainment. Next to me is a big forest, I have a magnificent view of the small village with all its diversities. I have room for four people, a large garden and a cozy rustic decor. In my immediate vicinity you can easily recover but also operate sports, both in summer and in winter. Here nature the water is still unspoiled, the air clean and clear. Let me be your oasis wellness …… The house is located in rats / Styria, 3 km from St. Kathrein / Hauenstein ski area and within Alpl, Peter Rosegger Waldheimat. It’s a nice cozy cottage, on the outskirts, alone, in a quiet hillside on the edge of the forest, with magnificent views of the idyllic river Feistritz. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are nearby. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, an idyllic recreational, tennis courts and a riding stable. The closest ski lift is 6 km away, there’s also a ski school and demanding cross-country ski. Also, a summer toboggan run, there are around. All facilities of the town are within walking distance. Gorgeous hiking with excellent mushroom forests in the surrounding area. The house is located on the edge. The ski resorts Alpl and Hauereck they reached in 10 minutes, and Stuhleck Semmering in 30 minutes. Ideal for a summer as well as winter holiday in an intact natural landscape, away from the bustle and mass tourism.

Dining room, living room, kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) with a stable farm table. There are Erdegschoß a shower and toilet. Radio and TV with many channels. The house is heated with oil central heating. A washing machine is available.
