If you are looking for the tranquility of the forest, the sound of a river and the gurgle of a spring then you are right with me. I offer the soothing charm of nature, the power of silence and a balanced range of culture and entertainment. Right next to me flows the Feistritz and behind me a great forest is also part of it. I have many rooms, a fireplace, a sauna, a large garden, a source and a cozy, stylish decor. In my immediate vicinity you can easily recover but also operate sports, both in summer and in winter. Here nature the water is still unspoiled, the air clean and clear. Let me be your oasis wellness …… The cottage is situated in rats / Styria, 3 km from St. Kathrein. Radius Alpl, Peter Rosegger Waldheimat. It is a large, cozy cottage, on the outskirts, alone, in a quiet location surrounded by forest and the river Feistritz. Supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are nearby. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, an idyllic recreational, tennis courts and a riding stable. The closest ski lift is 6 km away, there’s also a ski school and demanding cross-country ski. The house has a peaceful location on the river. All facilities of the town are within walking distance. Gorgeous hiking with excellent mushroom forests in the surrounding area. The house has at the rear of their own spring with excellent water quality. The ski resorts Alpl and Hauereck in 10 minutes, and Stuhleck Semmering they reached in 30 minutes. Ideal for a holiday in an intact natural landscape, away from the bustle and mass tourism.
Ground floor: large living room with a sofa bed, library, satellite TV, video and DVD. Large living room with 40 m² with open fireplace, dining area, radio and hifi sound system. Kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) with sturdy farm table. Shower + toilet. Ground floor has underfloor heating. There is a sauna, washing machine and dryer. The living rooms have a cozy sofa. Tasteful, sophisticated decor, beautiful pictures, period furniture and an extensive home library.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and an open living hall, cot. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bathroom, two toilets. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and heated towel rail. In summer is still a private room available.
