Property Description
Our farm has a beautiful, quiet and sunny hillside location between Kirchberg in Tirol and Aschau and is accessible via a 1 km long, well developed mountain road. We practice organic farming and strive to offer our guests an intact and well maintained environment. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find the nature reserve Spertental with Kneipp facilities, numerous hiking opportunities as well as mountain bike trails. The skiing areas (Westendorf 1 km and Kitzbühel 3 km) are also easy to reach. Children can make use of the swing, sand box and playhouse or pet the cats, of course, and our guests can ask the owner to see the animals in the barn. We have cows, calves and chickens, which means organic milk and eggs can be purchased if desired. The holiday home consists of two houses connected via a common hallway on the second floor.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
