This is a beautiful and modern, detached holiday home in a quiet part of Kirchberg in Tyrol. You have the entire house to yourself, which gives you and your loved ones plenty of privacy. The ideal location makes it a great starting point for activities in the area, be it summer or winter. The ski lift is just 4 minutes away (by car) and you don’t have to drive much farther when you want to enjoy some great apres-ski. What makes it even better is that a ski slope (Obwiesen) ends near the house, which means you can ski almost all the way to the building and then take an easy stroll along the ‘party mile’. This house is perfect for guests who don’t want go without certain luxuries during their holiday.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
