The apartment is located within walking distance of the centre and the ski school (with practice area). From the centre there’s a free ski bus which takes you in about 5 minutes to the main gondolas of the skiing area. The cross-country skiing trails start at 100 m from the apartment. The apartment is also ideally located for the summer: The Badesee, a beautiful lake, numerous outdoor cafes and restaurants can all be found in the immediate vicinity. Hiking and biking trails, for example toward the beautiful Brixental, pass directly by the apartment.
