There’s a gazebo with a BBQ and a seating area (for the summer months). Apartment Seehäusl is situated nearby the ski school’s practice area (which has a T-bar lift). You could ski there straight from your house. The cross-country trails run right outside your apartment too. In summer, you can start some beautiful walking or cycling tours from your apartment, to the Brixen Valley for example. The Badesee, a wonderful lake in Kirchberg, is only a 10-minute walk away from your apartment. Please note: from April to October 2019 there may be ongoing construction in the area that may cause limited nuisance
